For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the Binance Global Android app, specifically in the Futures section. When trading leveraged and reverse positions—particularly with BONK/USDT and RED/USDT pairs—I made profitable trades, but the profits were never reflected in my account.
In addition to the missing profits, Binance still deducted about $5 in fees per trade. I have screen recordings clearly showing that I was in profit, yet the funds were not added to my account balance.
This was not an isolated incident—it happened multiple times. In total, I lost approximately $250 in uncredited profits and suffered overall losses of around $1,000 due to this system error. My internet connection was stable, and there were no technical issues on my device during these trades.
I attempted to reach Binance customer support, but I faced constant obstacles and was unable to get proper assistance.
