I had approximately $40 in my Binance Global Futures account. About an hour and a half to two hours ago, my balance suddenly dropped to zero. There was no warning, no error message, and nothing unusual before this happened — I simply noticed that my account balance had disappeared.
After noticing this, I replied to the related emails I received from Binance, but I have not yet received any response.
At the time, I had four open positions, and due to what seems to be a reduction in my leverage level, all of these positions were liquidated.
I have taken screenshots of the situation and can provide them if needed.
