Binance Blocked My Withdrawals for Over a Month Despite Multiple Inquiries
Hello, I want to share my experience with Binance, which has been terrible! Since 02/08/2024, my account has been restricted from making withdrawals. I used to send small amounts of funds ($20, $30, $40) to a friend and had no issues until one day I sent $30 to his USDT Polygon address. The transaction was declined, and I received a warning that the address was flagged as high-risk. I contacted my friend, and he had no idea about this. He then provided a new USDT TRC-20 address, and when I tried to send him $30 again, my account was restricted from making withdrawals altogether.
I’ve reached out to Binance numerous times, but all I hear is "be patient." After one and a half months, they finally responded, telling me to wait another 2-3 weeks! This has been going on since 02/08/2024, even though I provided all necessary explanations for the transactions. I am beyond disappointed. My funds are stuck, and I can’t even withdraw to my bank account! What can I do? Does anyone have any suggestions?
