Binance Account Suspension Unresolved


I'm a user on Binance with the ID 101118723, and my account has been suspended since November 25th. I got a notification saying that it was restricted because I broke the rules about using services or exchanges that aren't supported. They told me that the problem would be fixed in 30 working days. But they keep making the time longer. Why is it so hard to fix this problem in just 30 days? It feels like we're exaggerating the importance of Binance Global... Why are you intentionally causing so much suffering for others? Also, if the exchange is not supported, why are you taking money from an unsupported exchange? And it's really stressing us out.
