Binance Account Under Review For Over A Year - Withdrawal Still Blocked
Binance has kept my account temporarily disabled under review for over a year. I invested in crypto with a friend, and when we cashed out in 2022, he sent me my share through Binance Pay. When I tried to withdraw my money, I discovered that my account was under review. They asked me to provide a video of myself holding my ID and explaining the purpose of the transaction, and they made my friend do the same. Even after submitting everything, they still haven’t given me any answers about why my funds are being held. I message them every week, but they keep repeating the same response—that the case has been escalated and I will receive an email—yet I still haven’t received anything. What can I do, please?
