My fund recovery application, submitted on 09.02.2024, is still pending after 54 days. Whenever I reach out to customer service, they inform me that the technical team is handling the process and it will require more time. Although the customer service team has been polite and professional, I feel that the process has become needlessly drawn out and the technical team lacks a sense of urgency. Although the warning screen mentioned a date of 09.03.2024, there hasn't been any noteworthy progress or technical information provided about my application. I am growing increasingly frustrated and my patience is wearing thin with Binance. If our problem isn't resolved in a timely manner, it may be necessary to consider ending our relationship with Binance. If you're going through a similar situation, let's avoid wasting our energy on lengthy discussions any longer. Customers are facing inconvenience due to issues with Binance.
