Since April 11, 2022, I've been unable to access my Binance account. In December 2023, I received an interaction provided all the requested information, and contacted the required places. Then, on April 27, 2024, my account was put under review, with the assurance that it would be resolved within 30 business days (estimated between March 8, 2024, and March 11, 2024). Today, when I contacted live support, I started receiving different responses as if I hadn't been told about the review. I've been waiting for 23 months, sharing all the requested information, but I haven't received any solutions. I'm sharing the chat ID, but no one seems to care or pay attention to my plight. I don't know what to do anymore. Binance truly doesn't care about its customers, and I don't know how to reach a solution. They don't care about their users.
