I host karaoke and live music streams on the Bigo Live app, but since February 18, 2026, when I go live, no one can see my broadcasts. I can start the stream normally, but it’s as if my account is hidden—no users are able to view my live stream. Even though I have not violated any rules, I believe I am being unfairly restricted.
I contacted Bigo Live customer support about this issue, but they did not provide any solution, and the problem still continues. Despite creating open, music-focused, and rule-compliant streams, being restricted in this way is unfair and makes all my efforts go to waste.
I request that this restriction on my account be removed, that my streams become visible to other users again, and that my account be fully restored.
