My Messages Don’t Reach Others on Bigo Live
Dear Bigo Live team, I’m experiencing a serious problem with messaging. When I send messages during a broadcast, they are not being delivered to the other party. I’ve tried multiple times, but nothing shows up on their end, and I’m unable to communicate during live sessions.
This issue is making the app unusable for me. Social interaction is a core part of why I use Bigo Live, and not being able to message others defeats the whole purpose. I’ve checked my internet connection, restarted the app, and tried again, but the problem still exists.
My Bigo Live ID is 932426148. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I want to return to normal interactions on the platform. Thank you.
