My Messages Don’t Show in Bigo Live Turkey Streams

For the past four days, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue on Bigo Live Turkey. When I join my friends’ live broadcasts and try to send messages, they don’t see anything I type. I can view the stream and send messages like usual, but none of them appear on the chat for the broadcaster or viewers.

This problem is preventing me from interacting during live shows, and it’s completely ruining the experience. If Bigo Live has restricted or muted me in some way, why wasn’t I notified? I haven’t violated any rules, and yet I’m being left out without explanation.

Bigo Live, please fix this issue immediately. I want to chat with my friends during their streams again. If there’s a ban or limitation on my account, tell me clearly and explain why. Don’t keep users in the dark.
