Bigo Live Hit Me With a 10-Year Device Ban and Won’t Explain Why

I use Bigo Live on my Android phone, and on January 7, 2026, I suddenly received a 10-year device ban. Since this ban, I can no longer log into Bigo Live at all, and I cannot use my account or any of the services. I do not understand the reason for such a long ban, and I have not received any clear explanation in the app. I believe there must be a mistake or a misunderstanding because I did not intentionally violate the rules. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed in detail, that the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and that this 10-year device ban be removed so I can use Bigo Live again on my phone.
