I ran into a problem with my PUBG Mobile account, and I just want to share my frustration about how it was dealt with. On October 10, 2024, my account, which I've had for years, got banned for 10 years, and I have no idea why. I didn't change any game data or get involved in any activities that weren't allowed. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this game, so this ban seems really unfair to me. I’d like to ask for a detailed look at my account because I think this decision was made.
