I Would Like To Request My BigoLive Banned Account Back

I am writing to express my disappointment with the decision of BigoLive to ban both my account and my phone for 10 years. I use Bigo Live in Cambodia, and my account is a normal user account with the ID 306653348, and my Bigo Live name is 🙃. In addition to my account ID, my received number is 3133458953. On 01 January 2026, my account and device were banned, and I still do not understand what mistake I made that justifies such a severe penalty. The only action I can think of is that I posted photos that included my 13‑year‑old nephew. I did not know that this was not allowed, and I misunderstood the rules, as I believed Bingo Live only restricted photos with babies. I had no bad intention and I have spent a lot of time and money using Bingo Live as a loyal customer. Being suddenly banned, along with my phone, has made me feel very disappointed and unfairly treated. I kindly request that Bingo Live review my case again, as this was an unintentional mistake. I do not ask for any money back; I only ask that my account and phone be unbanned so that I can continue using the platform. If full unbanning is not possible, I respectfully ask that the 10‑year ban be reduced to a reasonable period, for example, 1 to 3 months. I hope my situation will be reconsidered and that I will be given another chance to use Bigo Live.
