Dior Sauvage EDP Arrives Broken and Beymen Refuses Refund

After opening the package, I discovered that the Dior Sauvage EDP that I had purchased for 4,100 TL was broken and had leaked all over the place. Since it had been a day since the incident, the shipping company did not file a report. I took pictures of it with its box and pieces as they were and sent it to Beymen in an attempt to get a refund, but they told me that it couldn't be refunded because it wasn't in its original condition. I should not have made purchases from Beymen.
