Tedi Perfume Arrived Broken With Aras Kargo - No Response and Refund

The perfume I purchased from the brand Tedi was delivered to me today via Aras Kargo. As soon as I received the package and opened it, I saw that the product was broken, and the courier left immediately without performing any check after handing it over. I reported the situation to Tedi with evidence, but I have not received any response so far. I am disappointed both by the carelessness during the delivery process and by the lack of anyone taking responsibility for the issue. I request a full refund for the broken perfume that was delivered to me.
