Beymen Orders Not Shipped On Time

On February 16th, I placed an order via the Beymen mobile application for three Polo Ralph Lauren products: a white hat and two knitwear pieces in black and white. My order number is BEY2026216-13058249 and the delivery address is in Bursa. As of February 19th, the status of my order was still displayed as “Received,” so I contacted customer service. I was clearly told that there was no stock problem with my order, that a priority flag had been added, and that I did not need to worry. However, today is February 20th and there is still no progress or update on the order. In this period of five days, one of the products I ordered has gone out of stock in the system, while the other two still appear to be available, which further increases my concern about the status of my order. I was not given any information about payment, the total amount charged, or any possible refund or hold on my card. I request that the situation with my order be urgently clarified, that my available products be shipped without any further delay, and that I be clearly informed about the out-of-stock item and any related payment or refund process. I expect the necessary action to be taken quickly and for this issue to be resolved without causing me further loss of time.
