Beymen Did Not Refund My Polo Ralph Lauren Socks Order Cancellation

I placed an order from Beymen’s online store (order no: 11717505) for New Balance 2002r men’s shoes and Polo Ralph Lauren women’s socks, both added to my cart with a 15% automatic discount campaign. On September 23, I canceled the socks, but the refund of ₺747.15 was not issued. There was no warning or information on the site stating that refunds would not be made if an item from a campaign was canceled. In fact, I had previously canceled items under similar conditions and received my refunds without issue. After the cancellation, I contacted customer service and was told that a refund could not be made due to the campaign. When I asked them to resend the socks instead, this request was also rejected. Since the shoes were already shipped on September 25, I could not cancel them, but the socks were never sent, and still no refund has been made. I request that this unlawful and unethical practice be corrected and that the ₺747.15 for the socks be refunded to me as soon as possible.
