I’m extremely disappointed with Betwoon and how they handle deposit bonuses. I made a qualifying deposit expecting the promised bonus, but it never showed up in my account. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to “manually check” if the bonus was added, and if not, I should submit a request myself.
So let me get this straight — unless I constantly monitor my balance like a watchdog, I miss out on something I was promised? And if you catch it late, it’s your fault? That’s not how a legitimate platform should work.
When I followed up and requested the bonus to be added, they just rattled off a bunch of excuses and technicalities to avoid honoring it. It’s clearly designed to confuse users and make them give up.
I’m not asking for anything extra — just what was promised. Betwoon needs to stop shifting responsibility onto users and resolve this immediately. Otherwise, I’ll report this to every relevant consumer authority.
