Although it was stated in writing that the bonus was given without wagering requirements, when I spoke with customer service, they replied, 'Bonus terms are constantly changing, you need to follow them.' The same problem occurred again last night and today; also, the site frequently disconnects, and I have a screenshot as evidence.
