I Deposited on Betwoon But My Balance Was Never Updated

I made a ₺1,500 deposit on Betwoon using the Trend Havale method, but the funds never appeared in my account. I immediately contacted live support and provided the payment receipt (dekont), expecting them to resolve the issue. Instead, they claimed that no money was received on their end and completely dismissed my concern.

Even after multiple attempts to get help, support offered zero assistance. They just repeated the same response: “There’s no money in your account.” I double-checked the transaction details, and everything was correct. The money left my bank account—so where did it go?

It’s unacceptable that a betting platform handling real money can be this careless and unresponsive. I trusted Betwoon with my deposit, and now I’ve been left without my money or any solution.
