I have a sports betting account on Betwinner in Mozambique, and since I created the account, I have never been able to successfully withdraw any money. My account number is 1525925353. Every time I request a withdrawal, the amount is removed from my balance, but after some time, it is returned to the account, and the withdrawal is not completed. This problem has been happening continuously since 11/01/2026. I make my deposits and withdrawals through M‑Pesa. When I tried to withdraw 550,00 MZN, the system showed the following message: “Você não pode levantar fundos no valor de 550.00 MZN (Denied by operator. (Error code:1001 Time out exception))”. Even though the money is returned to the balance, I am not able to transfer it to my M‑Pesa account at any time. I have already wagered all the amounts I deposited, but I have never managed to cash out what I won. I have contacted Betwinner several times through live chat and also by phone, provided my full personal details, including my identity card number, and followed all the instructions they gave me, but nothing has solved the problem. So far, I have not received any effective solution, and the withdrawals continue to be cancelled with the same error message. I kindly request that Betwinner regularize my account and allow withdrawals to be made normally, so that I can finally withdraw the amounts available in my balance without the system cancelling the transactions.
