I have a Betwinner account with the ID 1494737***, on which I made several deposits but have been unable to withdraw any money because the withdrawal option does not appear on my account. I deposited 490 ZAR, 1500 ZAR and 19 ZAR using GPay, and 1 ZAR and 5 ZAR using ggbnk. Since around 25 December, there has been no withdrawal option available to request any payout. For the past two weeks I have contacted Betwinner support every day, but they only tell me to wait and do not provide any explanation or solution. I also have screenshots showing that the withdrawal option is missing from my account. I request that Betwinner urgently resolves this technical issue on my account, enables the withdrawal option, and allows me to withdraw my funds without any further delay.
