On 23.08.2025, I made a ₺40,000 bank transfer through Ziraat Bank to fund my Betwinner account. Despite the large amount and the fact that the transaction was completed successfully with no error messages or issues on my end, the money has still not been credited to my account. When I contacted Betwinner customer support, they told me the process would take up to 14 days, which is completely unreasonable for a straightforward bank transfer. Even after waiting, my money has not been added to my account, and I have received no updates or clear explanations. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the large amount involved.
I demand that Betwinner immediately finalize the transaction and credit the ₺40,000 to my account without further excuses. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to all relevant consumer protection and legal authorities.
