I have a problem with my Betwinner account, which was suddenly blocked about 4 hours ago without any valid reason being given. Until the moment my account was blocked, I was using the platform normally and there was no warning or notification indicating any violation. After the block, they requested my ID photo for verification. I sent the document as requested, but they said it was not suitable and wanted me to take a new photo from a different angle. I did that as well, yet this time they asked me to write the date of the day on a piece of paper and send a new photo. I also complied with this request. In spite of meeting all these demands, my account remains blocked and they keep asking for new documents. At the moment, there is a balance of ₺20,000 in my Betwinner account, and I feel that they are deliberately trying to seize my money by constantly asking for documents and not completing the verification.
