Betwinner Closed My Account and I Cannot Get My Money Back
I have been dealing with my account for a month. I emailed Betwinner again today, and now they've closed my account. I can't access it in any way. It says the password is incorrect, and when I request the registered password code, it doesn't arrive, neither to my phone number nor my email. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they either ignore my messages or give generic responses that don’t help. It's frustrating because I followed all the rules and provided all the necessary information. They straight-up banned me. I can't get my ₺10,000 back. I feel completely scammed and helpless. Don't use this site, folks; it's not reliable.
They are not doing anything to my account, they closed it, now I have sent 10 emails, they say no email has arrived, they left the account like that.
They asked for account transactions, I sent them, and now they want something I have never used before, they want jetpay account transactions.
