I’m absolutely shocked and furious right now. My Bettilt account balance dropped by a massive ₺50,000, and when I contacted support, they told me it was because I had used a bonus. But at no point during the bonus activation process was I properly informed that it would limit or eliminate my winnings. There were no clear terms shown when I activated the bonus, and there’s no visible explanation in the bonus section of the main site either.
I’ve made large deposits on other platforms over the years and have never experienced anything this shady. On those sites, bonus terms are transparent and fair. But here, it feels like Bettilt intentionally withholds important information so they can cut your funds when you win big.
I demand the immediate restoration of my lost ₺50,000 or at the very least, a detailed breakdown of how and why it was taken. If you’re going to implement restrictive bonus conditions, you must clearly communicate them. This is unacceptable, and unless resolved quickly, I will take further steps.
