Unable to Cancel BetterMe Subscription, Unused Membership Charged for 6 Months

I've been trying to cancel my BetterMe subscription, but the website won't accept my request. I've been shelling out money for a membership that I haven't even touched in half a year. This system and app are absolutely absurd! Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel the subscription from within the app. According to their website, they are currently unable to handle subscription cancellations. How on earth is this even possible?

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
