BetterMe Subscription Cancelation Impossible

“The last 4 months have been refunded, thank you.”

I recently bought a one-month subscription from BetterMe. Today, I observed that they are continuing to charge my credit card. To make matters even more frustrating, I've been unable to cancel the subscription despite all my attempts. The instructions on their website seem to go in circles, leading nowhere.
I cannot tolerate this. They are taking money from my account without my consent, and I am unable to cancel the subscription no matter what I try.

You have sent me the instructions on your website. First; those instructions never lead to a cancellation option. You make us navigate through the menu like a maze, and it is inconclusive. Second, I want a refund for the charges you made without my consent.
