BetterMe Keeps Charging My Card Even Though I Stopped Using the App Months Ago

I recently bought a one-month subscription from BetterMe. Today, I observed that they are continuing to charge my credit card. To make matters even more frustrating, I've been unable to cancel the subscription despite all my attempts. The instructions on their website seem to go in circles, leading nowhere.
I cannot tolerate this. They are taking money from my account without my consent, and I am unable to cancel the subscription no matter what I try.
