I am a BetterMe user with the email ***@gmail.com, and ₺350 was charged to my account without my consent. I am requesting a refund for this amount and the cancellation of my subscription due to financial difficulties. I had already canceled my subscription, but it seems it didn’t go through properly, causing me further inconvenience. Please resolve this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
