BetterMe Continues Charging After 1-Month Subscription – Requesting Cancellation and Refund

Although I purchased a one-month subscription to BetterMe, my account has been continuously charged beyond the initial period. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action. It is unacceptable to make money unjustly and cause distress to your customers. If I hadn’t noticed these charges by chance, you would have continued withdrawing money without my consent. I demand a refund for the charges detailed in the attached document, or I will use all my legal rights to claim my money back, plus more. I will file complaints against you everywhere, as your actions constitute a deceptive practice.
