BetterMe Trial Membership Turns into a Payment Headache
I decided to try Betterme and signed up for their free trial membership. I was enticed by their claim that if I canceled my membership within one month, I would not be charged for the subsequent months. With that assurance, I proceeded to begin the trial membership. However, I canceled my trial membership via email and through their system on May 18, 2023, specifically on June 15, 2023. Surprisingly, I received a message informing me that 115 TL had been deducted from my account. The message ID was 5122969, according to the message. This is completely unacceptable! I canceled my membership and do not want any additional charges placed on my account. I demand a refund for the money you took out. I am expecting a clear email confirming that my membership has been canceled. This situation must be resolved as soon as possible.
