BetterMe Withdrawal Without Notification

My BetterMe membership was recently terminated, but unfortunately, I discovered that an unauthorized charge had been made without my knowledge prior to the termination. This occurred before I terminated my membership. As a result, I feel it necessary to write this letter in order to ask for a refund of the money that was taken out of my account. I have already contacted BetterMe's customer support regarding this issue, and I would appreciate it very much if you could give this matter your prompt attention and assistance in resolving it. We would be very grateful for both your understanding and your cooperation in reimbursing us the appropriate amount. I want to express my gratitude in advance for paying attention to this important matter.
