I am absolutely furious with BetterMe! Without any authorization or even my knowledge, you charged my account on June 20, 2025, at 4:06 AM! I do not have any active membership or subscription with your service. What gives you the right to use my payment information without my explicit consent?!

This is a blatant act of theft, and it's completely unacceptable. I am a victim of an unauthorized transaction, and I will not stand for it.

I demand an immediate refund of this money! If this charge is not reversed promptly, I will not hesitate to take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all available legal avenues. You are operating deceptively, and I expect you to rectify this wrongdoing immediately. Return my money now!
