Betterme Unauthorized Charge Refund Request

I discovered that Betterme charged my card without my consent. I only purchased a one-month subscription, so I didn’t sign up for any ongoing plan. I didn't have time to use the app and couldn't even utilize the one-month package I paid for. Now, I can’t find a phone number to contact for a refund and to cancel my subscription. There was no warning that my membership would continue if I didn’t cancel.

I urgently request a response and immediate cancellation of my membership. If I don’t hear back soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I want my subscription canceled immediately and no further charges made to my account. You cannot withdraw money without my permission! It's unacceptable that there isn't even a contact number available.
