BetterMe App Charged Me After I Canceled Auto-Renew — How to Get a Refund

Even though I canceled my subscription to the BetterMe app through Apple, at least two months later, a renewal fee of $22 was charged to my account today. During a time when I had forgotten about the app, this charge was made without any notification, which has caused me inconvenience.
The payment was charged to my debit card. Despite canceling the subscription on time, I did not receive any warning or reminder email before the renewal. If I had been properly informed, I would have completed any additional cancellation or verification steps much earlier if necessary.
My BetterMe account is associated with a**********@hotmail.com. I request that the $22 charged unfairly be refunded to me and that any paid subscriptions on my account be fully terminated. I ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
