I was charged for a subscription to BetterMe without my consent after the 12-week trial period ended. I did not authorize this subscription, and I find it misleading that automatic payments are hidden in the background with these kinds of apps. You first offer a free trial and then cause inconvenience by charging without clear notification.

I am requesting a full refund as I cannot pay extra for an app I did not use or intend to continue. Please address this issue promptly and refund the charges made without my approval.
