BetterMe Subscription Charged Without My Consent After Trial – Requesting Refund

I subscribed to BetterMe this morning, attracted by their advertised 1-week free trial. However, the app instantly charged my account, completely disregarding the trial period. This is misleading and unfair to consumers. A free trial should mean no charges until the trial ends, which is both standard practice and a legal requirement.
BetterMe needs to clarify its policies and either honor the free trial or remove such misleading information from its platform.
