BetterMe Scam From Betterme App

On July 27 2024, BetterMe took money from my account without my consent, knowledge, or any transaction on my end. I purchased their one-week trial program a while back, in February 2023. This week, I came across an unexpected charge to my credit card, happening since October 2023. Upon further investigation, it came to my attention that several individuals have encountered a similar problem. I raised a complaint to them, but I have no answer.

Thanks, but the issue was not solved. I received reimbursement of 4 months out of the 10 in which without my knowledge or agreement, I was charged by an app I did not have. Apple confirmed I deleted the app, and I cancelled the trial I had. What happened after that was definitely scam.
