Recently, I made the mistake of downloading the BetterMe app and subscribing to their annual subscription plan for 148 TL. Little did I know that a week later my credit card would be charged a whopping 560 TL without my approval or knowledge! I immediately wrote an email to their customer service requesting a cancellation of all subscriptions and refund - however, my request has yet to be addressed by anyone at the company which I find completely unacceptable. I'm sure there are many people out there who have experienced similar issues with this app, so I wanted to write this post as a warning not just to myself but also to others who may be considering buying it.
