I initially subscribed to the BetterMe app for one month, paying ₺170. However, I didn’t like the app and stopped using it, eventually deleting it from my phone. Despite this, I’ve noticed that for the past three months, ₺350 has been deducted from my account each month without my authorization.

I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized charges and expect BetterMe to review and resolve this issue promptly. It’s unacceptable for a subscription I didn’t use or approve to continue charging me. Please address my complaint and ensure others don’t face similar problems with your service.
