BetterMe Charged $10 Without Notice After a 1-Day Trial

On November 10, 2025, I paid about $1 for a 1-day trial package on the BetterMe mobile app. However, even though I never used the app, a charge of about $10 was withdrawn from my account at midnight without any notice. I did not receive any notification explaining why or how this amount was charged.
I attempted to contact customer service to cancel my subscription or request a refund, but I couldn’t reach anyone. The app is in English, and since there is no language change option, I am unable to navigate or complete any actions. I also couldn’t cancel the subscription or request a refund through Google Play.
Using my account registered under b*@hotmail.com** on my Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus (Android) device, I request that this issue be resolved and that the $10 charge be refunded to me.
