BetterMe App Trapped Me in an Unauthorized Subscription, Keeps Charging

I downloaded the BetterMe app to try it out for a limited time, as it clearly advertised a trial period. However, after signing up, the app automatically enrolled me in an indefinite subscription and started charging me repeatedly without my consent. To make matters worse, the app was barely functional during the trial period and completely useless for my needs—I specifically got it to help with joint exercises at home, but it fell short in every way. This feels like a blatant attempt to exploit users for financial gain. BetterMe, this is unacceptable! Cancel this unauthorized subscription immediately and refund my money. If this is not resolved soon, I will take further steps to address this unfair practice.

Hello. I received another payment notification regarding the subscription canceled by the Better Me app. Better Me had stated on the complaints page that my subscription was canceled.
