Even though I didn't utilize the BetterMe app, my card was charged 1000 lira. I would like a prompt refund for this unauthorized charge. What are the methods by which money can be taken without my permission? The app was originally intended to be a single payment. I have not utilized the service and am quite frustrated to come across this problem. I kindly request that my concern be addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
