Betterme App Taking Payment From My Credit Card Without My Permission
Betterme app keeps taking payment from my credit card without any permission! I tried the free trial for betterme.app and realized that it keeps withdrawing 350 liras from my credit card. I want my money to be fully refunded and cancel the membership for that I did not have any consent.
Hello. Thank you for your comment. Each user is billed according to the subscription plan they choose. And to avoid any further renewals, it's necessary to cancel the subscription beforehand. There is an option to cancel a subscription directly in the app (More → My Profile → Manage Subscription) or by contacting our support team.
