BetterMe App Makes Unauthorized Transactions


I kept seeing the BetterMe app pop up, so I decided to investigate. It appeared to analyze body types and provide tailored advice. I entered a few details and signed up, but I was still undecided. Then, to my surprise, I noticed charges on my credit card associated with my Google account. I received automated responses despite sending multiple emails. I'm not even sure if I canceled my subscription successfully, but I'd like a refund. I never used the app and had no interaction with them. There's also a message with an ID number (6426238), which I mentioned earlier. I'd be grateful if you could help me with this problem and the refund. I can also provide a photo of the amount deducted. I'm frustrated and out of pocket as a result of the BetterMe app, and I need a solution.
