BetterMe Account Issue Due to Incorrect Email and Lack of Support

I accidentally entered the wrong email address while creating my BetterMe account, and the system didn’t prompt me for verification. When I contacted live support to update my email, they claimed, "You’ll receive a response via email"—which is completely absurd since I cannot access the incorrect email address.

I also tried to request a refund, but again, live support said, "It will be sent to your email." How is this logical? I cannot access the email linked to my account, and their support has offered no viable solution.

I demand immediate assistance to update my email address or process my refund through an alternative method. This lack of proper support is unacceptable.
