While I had no problems completing the registration itself, I did run into a frustrating problem while trying to pay. shockingly enough, my account had been charged $257 after a one-month subscription was advertised as costing only $57. I need immediate help fixing this problem and getting my money back. The unlawful $157 charge, however, is unfair and inappropriate. Please explain why such a large sum was taken from my account without your permission or knowledge. I can't find any kind of contact details to ask for help...the quality of BetterMe's customer service is called into question by the lack of easily accessible communication options. It is critical that you point them in the direction of where they can lodge complaints and get answers, we wouldn't have to come here if at least you supplied a phone number or a working option.
