I deposited ₺9,200 into my Betsmove account and played roulette using column and line bets. I played fairly and successfully increased my balance to ₺27,600. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, they first claimed I had missed a verification call—something I never received. Then suddenly, without warning, they blocked my entire balance.
They changed the reason from "withdrawal confirmation" to a so-called "balance review," as if they’re trying to cover up their refusal to pay. This is completely unfair—I won using my own funds, not bonus money, and followed all the rules. Still, they’ve frozen my account and withheld my earnings without a valid explanation.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. Betsmove must immediately unblock my ₺27,600 balance and process my withdrawal. I demand full transparency and a resolution to this unacceptable treatment.
