I Can’t Use or Withdraw My ₺1,000 Deposit on Bets10 Without Extra Payment
On August 12, 2024, at 23:42, I deposited ₺1,000 into my Bets10 account via bank transfer. However, the deposited amount never appeared in my balance. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my money was being held in a “pool” because it was below the required bonus limit. I made it very clear that I did not want any bonus and only wanted to play with the amount I deposited, but they insisted that unless I deposit the remaining required amount, I will not be able to use my current balance.
This policy was never disclosed beforehand, and I had no request for a bonus or any promotional campaign. Preventing me from accessing my own funds without imposing extra conditions is unacceptable. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and it has completely damaged my trust in the platform.
