Bets10 Fails to Process My Deposit and Offers No Reliable Support
On December 26, 2024, I deposited a minimum amount of 300₺ into my Bets10 account, but the funds never appeared in my balance. When I tried reaching out to their live support for assistance, I received no immediate response. It took two full days before I got an answer, and the reply was completely unacceptable—they claimed I needed to deposit at least 1000₺ for my account to be activated and then abruptly ended the chat.
This level of customer service is appalling, and I feel misled and ignored. Bets10 is proving to be unreliable, and I’m deeply frustrated with the lack of transparency and support. I demand they resolve this issue and ensure my funds are properly credited.
